All Experience Design levels include our Signature Concierge Care, personalized guidance, expert recommendations, and dedicated support throughout your travel planning journey. The difference between each level is the depth of customization, complexity, and level of involvement required to design your ideal travel experience.

Eligible bookings receive a complimentary Travel Memory Upgrade Experience | Children ages 11 and under traveling with an adult are included at no additional planning fee.

Please note: Planning fees are based on the complexity of your travel experience, level of customization, and planning support required, not simply the number of travelers. Additional adult travelers may require additional planning support for larger groups, multiple accommodations, special requests, and customized experiences. Premier or Royal Experience Design may be required for peak seasons, holiday travel, departures within 90 days, or experiences requiring additional coordination.

We provide full-service travel planning, including destination research, flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, theme-park vacations, and curated experiences. Our role is to design trips that feel intentional, well-paced, and supportive from start to finish.

Yes! Family travel is a core part of our work. We design trips with real-life logistics in mind (nap times, travel days, transitions, and downtime), so the experience feels enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

Absolutely! Whether you know exactly where you want to go or you are still exploring options, we meet you where you are and help refine the details into a cohesive plan.

That is completely okay. Part of our process is helping you uncover what kind of experience you are actually looking for, then narrowing destinations that truly fit your travel style and priorities.

We plan thoughtful travel, not a specific price point. While we work across a range of budgets, our focus is always on value, comfort, and the right fit for each client rather than labels or the lowest cost.

We find that partnering with clients who value our time, expertise, and careful planning creates the most rewarding experiences for everyone involved. For us, the relationship and shared vision matter more than budget alone.

We are your point of support before and during your travels. If plans change or unexpected issues arise, you have an advocate who knows your trip inside and out and can guide you on next steps.

  • During your trip: We are available 24/7, regardless of time zone, to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Before your trip: We are available during office hours, Monday to Friday, noon to 5 PM Eastern Time. With the Value Package, we are available 24/7 1 week before you travel. With the Premier Package, we are available 24/7 2 weeks before you travel. Lastly, with our Royal Package, we are available 24/7 from the moment a trip deposit is applied.

Yes! We plan cruises as well as Disney and Universal Studios theme-park trips, with careful attention to timing, accommodations, and daily flow so the experience feels smooth and enjoyable.

Yes! We plan milestone celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, quinceañeras, weddings, graduations, and multi-generational trips, with extra care given to meaningful details and group coordination.

Depending on the trip, we may offer limited planning support or itinerary reviews. During our consultation, we will let you know what level of support makes the most sense for your needs.

The earlier, the better, especially for peak travel times, cruises, and school-break travel. We recommend paying a refundable deposit to secure your price, and we will monitor for any changes until the final payment date.

That said, if your timeline is shorter, we will always be honest about what is realistic and explain how we can help make your trip happen.

Please note that for trips within 90 days of departure, during holidays, or for clients needing priority service, a Premier or Royal Package is required.
