We care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Think events like weddings, conferences, retreats. Or, family vacations in a variety of settings throughout the world:

If hired, client is responsible for covering:

Do You Require a Retainer?

Yes. To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event or trip.

Yes! We plan cruises as well as Disney and Universal Studios theme-park trips, with careful attention to timing, accommodations, and daily flow so the experience feels smooth and enjoyable.

Yes! We plan milestone celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, quinceañeras, weddings, graduations, and multi-generational trips, with extra care given to meaningful details and group coordination.

Depending on the trip, we may offer limited planning support or itinerary reviews. During our consultation, we will let you know what level of support makes the most sense for your needs.

The earlier, the better, especially for peak travel times, cruises, and school-break travel. We recommend paying a refundable deposit to secure your price, and we will monitor for any changes until the final payment date.

That said, if your timeline is shorter, we will always be honest about what is realistic and explain how we can help make your trip happen.

Please note that for trips within 90 days of departure, during holidays, or for clients needing priority service, an Expedited Planning Package is required.
