Connect & Chat
When you reach out, we celebrate your decision to make memories! You will get a link to book a consultation that fits your schedule. TidyCal automatically sends you an email confirmation, email reminders, and text reminders. We will then personally confirm with a text & Google Meet link so you know you are set.

Dream & Design
During your consultation we will talk through your vision, priorities, and needs. After our call we send a follow-up email with curated options tailored just for you. If you are ready to move forward, you will secure your spot with our Planning Packages (paid through Stripe) and sign our quick client agreement.

Proposal Magic
We dive into research, leveraging our expertise & insider knowledge to create the best proposal for your family. You will receive a detailed itinerary with choices designed around your preferences, budget, and dreams.

Book & Relax
Once all details are confirmed, we send a credit card authorization form to take care of your deposit. From there you can sit back while we handle the logistics. You will have concierge-level support before, during, and after your trip so all you have to do is show up and make memories.
30-Minute Travel Consultation
We believe your time is valuable and so is ours. That is why we offer planning sessions that make travel easy, stress-free, and totally worth it.
