The Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”) by Ana & Travis with All Travel Worldwide LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) at AnaTravisWygant.com (“Site”) rewards valued clients, travel enthusiasts, and network connections for genuine referrals leading to qualifying purchases. By signing up or participating, you (“Referrer” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Participation is at our sole discretion; we may approve, reject, or terminate any referral at any time.

Eligibility

Open to individuals who value exceptional travel experiences and refer friends, family, or close contacts. Includes past clients, travel lovers, professionals, and select influencers/content creators. Referrals must be genuine and personal, not mass marketing, public promotions, or self-referrals. We reserve the right to reject or remove participants for any reason.

How the Program Works

  1. Sign up via the form on this page (or log in if you have an account) to receive a personalized referral link and access to your dashboard.
  2. Share your unique referral link privately (e.g., in conversations, emails, social posts, or newsletters) to recommend our services.
  3. Earn 10% commission when a referred person completes a qualifying purchase of $350 or more on travel planning packages, custom services, coaching, or digital store items.
  4. Track referrals, clicks, bookings, and earnings in your dashboard (powered by a third-party platform; links may show “affiliate” but this is a private Refer-A-Friend Program only).
  5. Commissions are paid electronically (e.g., Stripe or bank transfer) after the referral’s payment clears, with no minimum payout threshold request anytime.

Rewards & Payments

  • Commission Rate: 10% one-time on the qualifying purchase amount (e.g., $35 on a $350 planning package).
  • Applies only to our services (planning fees, coaching, custom curation, digital items) not to underlying vacation costs like cruise fares, tours, hotels, flights, or supplier payments.
  • No limits on number of referrals or total earnings.
  • Provide accurate payout and tax information for compliance (you are responsible for taxes and any transaction fees shown in the dashboard).
  • We may withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or non-qualifying sales.

Allowed & Prohibited Promotion Methods

Allowed: Genuine recommendations to friends/family/close contacts; blog posts, content marketing, social media, YouTube, email newsletters, community groups, professional networks, or direct conversations; highlighting our curated travel value.

Prohibited (violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of earnings):

  • Spam, unsolicited messages, mass emails/DMs.
  • Misrepresentation, false claims, or conflicting incentives.
  • Public/paid promotion (PPC ads, keyword bidding, coupon sites, mass advertising).
  • Technical violations (cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, fake accounts, self-referrals).
  • Any activity damaging our reputation or brand.

Intellectual Property & Branding

You may use your referral link and describe our services accurately but may not modify or misuse our trademarks, logos, or materials without written approval. No implication of official partnership or endorsement.

Term & Termination

Starts upon approval and continues until terminated. You or we may end participation anytime (with notice where practical). We may terminate immediately for breach. Upon termination, stop using the link; earned commissions on pre-termination qualifying sales may still pay out.

Reservation of Rights

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon posting.

General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes must be filed in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida. Claims must be brought within 12 months of trip completion. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative actions. If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and All Travel Worldwide LLC regarding travel bookings and supersede all prior communications.
