We create a safe, relaxed space where intuitive Ama Deus energy techniques help release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and support emotional healing. Sessions tend to last 60 minutes and include intention-setting, energy flow, and grounding at the end.

No, openness and willingness to relax are all that is required. Many clients experience benefits (like reduced stress, emotional lightness, or clearer thinking) even if they are skeptical at first. It is complementary to other therapies.

Yes, sessions are gentle and non-invasive. It is virtual, and you stay fully in control. We focus on creating safety and supporting your nervous system rather than forcing deep emotional processing. If intense emotions arise, we pause and ground.

Common sensations include warmth, tingling, lightness, emotional release (tears, sighs), deep relaxation, or simply profound peace. After, people often feel a greater sense of calm, clarity, or more energized, effects can unfold over days.

One session can bring noticeable relief and clarity. For deeper trauma release or lasting growth, 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart are common. We discuss your goals and progress together.
