Ana and Travis helped us plan our milestone birthday cruise trip with a large group of our friends and family. We started the process with them a little over a year before our cruise date, and Ana handled every aspect of the deposit and booking process for our group. She reached out to everyone that expressed interest in the early planning process with follow ups and assisted each of us for the rest of the time leading up to our trip.

We ended up with a group of nearly 60 friends and family with over 20 cabins. Ana was communicative and reliable throughout the entire process—she contacted the cruise line for all of the questions we had, special requests, helped us with switching rooms, getting us the best prices, and even helped us get a new cabin when we had a new baby to add. We also really appreciated her recommendations and insight when it came to cruising with young children.

Ana and her family came on board with us too, and even on the ship, she was incredibly helpful answering our questions, along with coordinating our group photo. It was our first time using a travel agent, and being the default family planner, I (Rochelle) can say it was freeing that I can just focus on being present with my family and enjoy a vacation. It was also my husband’s first cruise and both of our first time going with our children, let alone cruising with a big group of of our loved ones, so Ana and Travis managing it all was a major stress relief.

Ana and Travis took care of everything for us from start to finish. They’re a joy to work with; they’re detail-oriented, knowledgable, and patient. They made the planning and booking process seamless and stress-free for us. It was a pleasure working with you guys and getting to know your family. We can’t thank you both enough! Disneyland & Knott’s Berry Farm July 2025

“We had a great trip! Disney was a blast, California land ( I enjoyed , my son though it was ok). I’m glad we did the three day hopper and a rest day on the third day.
The hotel (SpringHill) as close 0.7 miles from the park , easy to walk too and we caught an urber at night when we could not walk anymore. The rooms were nice and perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and an added plus we were not to close but close enough to the elevator or ice machine.
I think I should of planned another beach/ leisure day instead of knotts. We enjoyed the beach. I also called a few friends to ask about which beach they would recommend, Huntington was mentioned. That was the one we chose. It was clean , nice and close to our hotel.
The bad: traffic to Disney was bumper to bumper;coming home it was from Victorville to Vegas.
Knotts had a different vibe, after going to Disney it was a little let down. Plus side was, it was more affordable .”
