We will send you our first & best proposal, crafted with options so you can choose what excites you most. Together, we will fine-tune every detail until it feels just right.

Once all details are confirmed, we will send you a secure credit card authorization form and take care of your deposit. From there, you can exhale knowing everything is handled.

And the best part? You will have concierge-level support leading up to your trip, while you travel, and even after you return home. We are with you every step of the way, so all you need to do is show up and make memories.

We are Ana & Travis: a married duo, homeschooling parents, Disney and Universal lovers, and cruise fanatics, who believe that wellness begins with wonder. Our love story has always been tied to adventure. From going on our first theme park and cruise together to downsizing into an RV to see the country, homeschooling our girls, dancing at Disney or Universal, and sailing cruises as a family, travel is how we live life, love, and grow.

Ana’s journey started as a nurse in labor, delivery, postpartum, and hospice care. She learned firsthand that life is too short to keep waiting for “someday.” Losing her mom at 53 sealed that truth. Joy and memories can not be put on hold. Travis, a Navy veteran and business owner, has always believed in designing life on your own terms. Together, we built this travel brand to help families like yours embrace adventure without the stress.

No. We specialize in fully custom, expert-planned itineraries tailored to your unique preferences, timeline, and travel style…not mass-market packages. Online sites and large tour operators offer standardized products at lower margins. Our service includes personalized research, insider recommendations, and ongoing support that generic platforms cannot match. We focus on delivering exceptional value through expertise, not competing on price alone.

We understand travel scam concerns are real. Here is how you can quickly verify we are legitimate:

1. Our Professional Background & Transparency

  • We are a real family (parents of three, U.S. Navy veteran + former hospice nurse) currently living in Antigua, Guatemala and passionate about creating meaningful family travel memories.
  • We openly share our personal travel experiences (Navigator of the Seas group cruise, Epic Universe family day, etc.) on our sites and social channels. No fake promises or suspicious deals.
  • We have a business license out of Florida. Check Florida’s official business entity search tools through the Division of Corporations (Sunbiz.org)
  • Florida law also requires registration with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for travel sellers (even if based elsewhere, if serving FL residents or operating in the state). This includes posting a surety bond for consumer protection. Registered businesses must display their registration number. Ours is on the website footer and business cards.

Always verify your booking directly with the supplier using official contact numbers (not from emails).

Bookings are made directly through cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, or suppliers. You will receive official confirmations from them (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Universal, Disney) in your name.

Planning fees/planning packages can be paid securely via Stripe or Venmo. We never ask for payments via gift cards, wire transfers, or unusual apps for reservations.

We do not provide itemized breakdowns of individual component pricing (flights, hotels, activities, transfers, etc.), except for travel insurance details, which we always disclose separately and transparently.

Think of it like ordering a gourmet hamburger at a great restaurant. You pay for the complete, expertly crafted experience, not a line-item cost for the bun, lettuce, patty, sauce, and cheese. Similarly, your custom itinerary is a thoughtfully curated whole: we research, compare, negotiate where possible, and assemble the best combination for you. Providing a full breakdown would add significant administrative time (increasing costs) and could encourage “shopping” individual pieces elsewhere, which often leads to a less cohesive trip and hidden fees. Our goal is to deliver the complete journey seamlessly, at the best overall value.

We always provide clear, separate details and quotes for recommended travel insurance. Insurance is optional but highly recommended, and we disclose all costs and coverage transparently. It is the only component we itemize separately.

Yes, change fees may apply depending on the timing and type of change.

Once bookings are confirmed (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, etc.), most suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, resorts) charge their own change or cancellation penalties, which we pass through directly with no markup.

In addition, we remind you at the time of booking that you receive one small change like swapping a tour or canceling a segment at no extra cost.

However, if a change requires significant new research or re-planning on our end, such as new dates, new hotels, multiple tour changes, swapping names on a cruise itinerary, or anything that takes up an hour or more to make the change, we charge an administrative fee starting at $150 per booking to cover the extra time involved.

We always communicate any potential fees upfront before making changes and work hard to minimize them where possible.

Your planning package includes up to three revisions for one destination. Additional revisions beyond the three included require an additional fee of $200 per revision. Minor tweaks (dates, small preference updates) often fall within the included revisions. Major changes (new destination, cruise line, different travel style) typically count as extra.

No, we do not charge our own fees for changes caused by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other suppliers. We will handle rebooking, finding alternatives, and advocating on your behalf at no additional cost to you (within reason and availability).

Planning fees are fully non-refundable once paid. This secures your spot, covers initial research, and allows us to dedicate focused time to your custom itinerary. The fee includes up to three revisions for one destination and is not refunded for any reason, including if you decide not to proceed with the trip.

However, if you do not book and make a deposit on the trip within 30 days of receiving your final itinerary, the full fee automatically converts to credit toward any future planning package or bookings with us (credit must be used within 6 months of issuance). This ensures your investment in expert planning is protected for your next adventure.

Once flights, hotels, cruises, tours, or other components are booked and confirmed:

  • All supplier cancellation penalties apply in full (airlines, cruise lines, resorts, etc.) and are passed through directly with no markup. These vary widely, some are fully refundable until final payment, while others (especially discounted rates or peak-season bookings) may be non-refundable.
  • We always clearly outline each component’s specific cancellation terms before you confirm any booking.
  • Our own service fees for post-booking management are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

We strongly recommend travel insurance (which we will quote separately and transparently) to protect against unexpected events like illness, family emergencies, or weather that could force cancellation.
