Wellness Begins with Wonder

Travel is not just a trip. It is where your toddler’s first dance party happens on a cruise deck. It is where your marriage gets a moment to breathe. It is where your kids remember mom and dad laughing instead of rushing.

We believe travel is preventive care for your family’s joy, health, and connection, and we are here to make it easy.

We had a great experience working with Ana and Travis, and highly recommend booking with them your next travel! Ana and Travis helped us plan our milestone birthday cruise trip with a large group of our friends and family. We started the process with them a little over a year before our cruise date, and Ana handled every aspect of the deposit and booking process for our group. She reached out to everyone that expressed interest in the early planning process with follow ups and assisted each of us for the rest of the time leading up to our trip.

We ended up with a group of nearly 60 friends and family with over 20 cabins. Ana was communicative and reliable throughout the entire process—she contacted the cruise line for all of the questions we had, special requests, helped us with switching rooms, getting us the best prices, and even helped us get a new cabin when we had a new baby to add. We also really appreciated her recommendations and insight when it came to cruising with young children.

Ana and her family came on board with us too, and even on the ship, she was incredibly helpful answering our questions, along with coordinating our group photo. It was our first time using a travel agent, and being the default family planner, I (Rochelle) can say it was freeing that I can just focus on being present with my family and enjoy a vacation. It was also my husband’s first cruise and both of our first time going with our children, let alone cruising with a big group of of our loved ones, so Ana and Travis managing it all was a major stress relief.

Ana and Travis took care of everything for us from start to finish. They’re a joy to work with; they’re detail-oriented, knowledgable, and patient. They made the planning and booking process seamless and stress-free for us. It was a pleasure working with you guys and getting to know your family. We can’t thank you both enough! Thanks for making our first family cruise and birthday trip one to remember, and we absolutely can’t wait for our next travel!

Honestly, I can’t recommend Ana and Travis enough. My wife and I just got back from a cruise with a group of 60 friends and family, and Ana and Travis handled the whole thing perfectly. The price was fair, communication was super fast, and I never felt stressed about the logistics. They have extensive experience with virtually every cruise option there is, and they can tailor fit your experience with incredible nuance. They even give you hacks and tips to maximize your experience.

What I really appreciated was that they didn’t just book it and disappear—they genuinely cared about us having the best time possible. They were actually on the cruise with us, and it was such a joy hanging out with them. If you need someone who goes above and beyond, these are your folks. 10/10 would use again!

Travel FAQs

Planning travel online can look easy, but it often turns into hours of research (studies show people spend at least 30 hours), second-guessing, and missed details. We help take the overwhelm off your plate. Our role is to listen, anticipate what your family actually needs, and design a trip that flows smoothly from start to finish. You get expert guidance, advocacy if something goes wrong, and a thoughtfully planned experience rather than a patchwork of bookings.

In most cases, no. Many of the trips we plan cost the same as or less than what you would find online. What is different is the value behind the booking. We help avoid costly mistakes, steer you away from properties that look good online, but disappoint in real life, and add insight you will not get from reviews alone.

No. Unfortunately, we had experiences in the past where detailed quotes were provided without further follow-through or the client ceased communication without any explanation which is why we no longer offer quotes without an initial discussion. It prevents “ghosting” and protects our time.

Our process is simple:

  1. Complimentary Consultation (appointment-only): This allows us to fully understand your needs and preferences so we can prepare the most accurate and tailored quotation.
  2. Paid Planning Package (if you choose to proceed): This includes a comprehensive first and best detailed proposal, customized recommendations, our signature concierge care, and full project planning from today to the months or year(s) following until you return home. A $50 deposit during or right after the consult locks in your spot and kicks off the magic! The remaining amount is due at a time we both agree on before we start any work.
  3. Signed Client Agreement: You will also be asked to complete a Client Agreement. This allows us to collect your initial information and confirms your acceptance of our policies, terms, and conditions.

We would love to schedule your complimentary consultation at a convenient time!

Yes. Our trips include a planning fee we call a Planning Package. However, most families choose the Expedited Planning Package because it gives you white-glove supprt when time is tight (trips within 90 days of departure, holidays, peak seasons or for clients wanting priority service). The price depends on the level of customization involved, but starts at $250.

That fee reflects the time, research, comprehensive first and best detailed proposal, customized recommendations, our signature concierge care, full project planning from today to the months or year(s) following until you return home, and care that goes into designing a truly personalized experience, not a prebuilt itinerary pulled off a shelf.

We offer a Planning Package Deposit of $50 for those who are ready to move forward now and want to secure a spot. Once paid, schedule a complimentary travel consultation. The remaining amount is due at a time we both agree on before we start any work after the consult.

When purchasing a Planning Package or Expedited Planning Package, you will also be asked to complete a Client Agreement. Once completed, we will get to work and send your first customized proposal via email.

After the proposal is sent, we will notify you via text message to ensure you received it and to schedule a day and time to review the proposal, make any adjustments, and address any questions or concerns.

Once the proposal is approved, a Credit Card Authorization Form is required to collect the deposit for your trip. After payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming your trip is officially booked!

Yes. We specialize in family travel, cruises, theme-park vacations like Disney and Universal Studios, escorted tours, multi-generational groups, and thoughtfully paced itineraries that work for real life, especially when kids are involved. We focus on destinations and experiences we know well and trust, rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

No. Every trip we plan starts with a blank page. Your family, your travel style, your energy level, and your priorities shape the itinerary, not a prewritten template.

Even when a cruise or escorted tour is the best fit, the planning is still highly customized. We carefully select the right itinerary, sailing, or departure and personalize every detail around it, including flights, transportation, pre- and post-trip stays, excursions, and special requests, so the trip feels tailored specifically to you.

Because no two families travel the same way. What works beautifully for one group can feel exhausting or frustrating for another. We avoid cookie-cutter plans so your trip feels natural, balanced, and enjoyable, not rushed or overpacked. Our goal is to avoid needing a vacation from your vacation.

It starts with a conversation. We ask thoughtful questions, learn what matters most to you, and design the trip step by step. From accommodations and transportation to experiences and pacing, everything is intentionally selected to support a stress-free, memorable journey.

We rely on trusted partners, firsthand knowledge, vetted suppliers, and professional networks, not just online ratings. We consider comfort, safety, location, service quality, and how well a property or experience fits your specific trip goals.

Absolutely. We love planning group travel, milestone celebrations, and multi-family trips with care and organization. Our goal is to make group travel feel smooth and enjoyable, not complicated or chaotic.

We specialize in elevated family adventures and fully customized itineraries where most families invest an average of $4,000 per person and are designed to provide a seamless, elevated, and truly all-inclusive travel experience. Our goal is to manage and book every aspect of your trip, so nothing is overlooked and your budget remains clear and predictable.

We plan the entire journey from flights and accommodations to meals, transportation, gratuities, and experiences because travelers often forget to budget for these details when booking on their own. This approach allows you to travel confidently without surprise expenses.

Depending on your destination and travel style, your experience may include:

  • Round-trip flights
  • Pre- and/or post-trip stays in 4-star (or higher) accommodations
  • Private transfers throughout your trip
  • Premium accommodations or upgraded room categories
  • Prepaid gratuities
  • Curated excursions and experiences
  • Wi-Fi and connectivity
  • Beverage packages and specialty dining
  • Travel insurance
  • Our Signature Concierge Care from planning through your return home

Every itinerary is thoughtfully customized and expertly executed from start to finish, so you can focus on enjoying your trip while we handle the details.

For the smoothest and most seamless experience, we strongly prefer to book and manage all aspects of your trip. This allows us to maintain full oversight, anticipate potential issues, and ensure everything works together flawlessly.

That said, we understand some clients may choose to book certain components independently. If you book your own flights, hotels, or other arrangements, we highly recommend providing us with your confirmation details. Having a complete itinerary on file helps us know where you are at all times, coordinate logistics more effectively, and support a smooth, safe vacation with minimal hiccups.

If it is a closed-loop cruise (starting AND ending in the US), you can travel with a government-issued photo ID AND an original birth certificate.

It is important to check with the cruise line and the most current requirements before departing on the cruise.

With that said, we HIGHLY recommended to bring a passport for the following reasons:

-Emergency Situations
If you get sick or injured and need to fly home from a foreign port, or if there’s a family emergency, you will need a valid passport to re-enter the U.S. by air.

-Unexpected Itinerary Changes
Cruises can change ports due to weather, emergencies, or mechanical issues. If your ship ends in a different port (especially internationally), a passport makes re-entry much easier.

-Missed Ship at a Port
If you miss the ship while exploring a port and need to fly to the next stop (which could be in another country), a passport is required to board an international flight.

-Faster, Easier Check-In & Disembarkation
Passports speed up the boarding and customs process. They are more universally accepted and reduce the chance of complications.

-More Freedom
Some ports require a passport for certain excursions or island-hopping. Having one means you will not be restricted.

-Peace of Mind
It is simply safer. Travel is unpredictable, and a passport is the most universally accepted form of identification for international travel.

We recommend booking a passport appointment first unless you are eligible to do it via mail or online. Here are two links to book an appointment and get your passport:
