It is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other. We learn about your travel goals, who you are traveling with, and what kind of experience you are hoping to have. You can ask questions, share ideas, and decide if working together feels like the right fit.

Please note: No specific itinerary building, destination details, or planning research will take place during this initial session.

Detailed planning, research, and itinerary proposals will commence only after a payment for services and client agreement is signed.

Because travel is our full-time lifestyle and career, we primarily connect with clients through private virtual video consultations, allowing us to provide personalized face-to-face service no matter where you are located. We are often traveling with reliable WiFi, bringing firsthand experiences and a global perspective directly into your planning experience.

Prefer to meet in person? In-person consultations may be available by request based on our travel schedule.

Nothing formal. It is helpful to have a general idea of when you would like to travel like which month of the year, where you are thinking about going, and who will be joining you, but the consultation is meant to feel easy, not like homework.

Please bring all decision-makers as their input guarantees we design the trip everyone will love.

Most consultations last around 30 minutes. That gives us enough time to talk through your ideas, explore possibilities, and outline next steps without feeling rushed.

No. The consultation is simply a chance to connect and see if our planning style aligns with what you are looking for. If you decide to move forward, we will explain the process clearly. If not, you still leave with helpful guidance and clarity.

Great question! We run a travel agency, and let’s be honest: it is not for everyone and that is exactly how we want it.

If we are a good fit, we will outline the recommended planning process, next steps, and timeline for creating your travel experience.

Your $50 consultation deposit will be applied toward your selected Planning Package or eligible planning fee if you decide to move forward with us. The remaining balance of your planning fee will be due at a time we both agree upon before we begin any travel research and planning.

You will then complete your Client Agreement and Client Profile Travel Preferences Form. These details allow us to understand your travel style, priorities, and the type of experience you want to create.

Once completed, we will begin designing your personalized travel experience and send your first customized proposal via email.

After the proposal is sent, we will follow up by text to confirm you received it and schedule a time to review the proposal together, make any adjustments, and answer any questions.

Once your proposal is approved, we will collect the required trip deposit using a Credit Card Authorization Form. After payment is processed, you will receive confirmation that your trip is officially booked, along with a separate email outlining what to expect throughout the planning process leading up to your travel experience.

We design our planning packages to remove hesitation:

  • The non-refundable fee secures your custom plan with up to three revisions for one destination.
  • Full future credit protection: If this trip does not get booked by placing a deposit within 30 days of final itinerary delivery, your fee becomes a credit for any future travel with us (usable within 6 months for the same destination).

You are not risking money on planning, you are securing expert guidance that is protected for your next journey.
