Start by sharing your group’s vision (dates, destination, purpose) during a complimentary travel consult. Pay the Planning Package for one cabin to receive our custom proposal within 2 business days. Once approved, we send secure payment links and agreements for the group. Payments go directly to the cruise line.

Yes! Choose a signature hosted journey (with our guidance) or a fully private custom trip built exclusively for your group. We handle logistics, parties, meetings, dining, excursions, and more so you focus on connection and celebration.

We capture all details in the Client Profile Travel Preferences form. From food/drink preferences, motion sickness concerns, mobility requirements, health allergies, and more. This ensures proper cabin assignments, ship notifications, and suitable activities or excursions.

Depends on the group. Some groups prefer to have a single payer. Other groups have no single person paying for everything. Each traveler (or family unit) handles their own cabin/room via secure Stripe links and credit card authorizations we provide. We coordinate to secure group rates and perks for all.
